Mindfulness is a combination of body, mind, and soul. Each contributes to the process of growth. However, simply meditating is not enough. It is equally important to put your thoughts into action and attract the people who will contribute to your growth. and healing is a balance of spirituality and the practical aspects of life. It can cleanse the emotional blockages in your life and empower you to flourish as an individual. And it all starts with connecting with yourself.
Having been in the mental wellness space for the past 20 years, I used various tools and techniques alongside my medical treatment to cope with the disease. One of the most significant was dance and the second one self development training. It helped me manage my emotional turmoil and stress, kept me fit, and most importantly, made me laugh, have fun, and gave me hope that my body was alright. Dance allowed me to escape my mind, connect with my heart, and dance away my worries and stress boost my energy level and improve my muscle tone and strength.
I used dance as a self care routine to myself .It helped me physically mentally emotionally to release the negative thoughts I was having. It made me feel whole again.
During chemotherapy, I often felt tired and exhausted, so I would rest on those days. But the next day, I was back on my toes, dancing. When I couldn’t leave the house, dance helped me connect with my inner self, boost my creativity, improve my cognitive skills, and let go of the grief I was experiencing. Even though my energy levels weren’t always high, dancing made me feel healthy and hopeful about regaining my health. It had a calming effect on my body, making me feel alive and energetic. I didn’t even feel like I was going through the disease.

Right and wrong are the values of philosophy and not of the practical world. This world is all about finding one’s inner voice and being true to it. Therefore, I wanted to create an oasis of wellness by transforming people’s self-limitations into self-actualization of their potential. It involves disrupting old systems and implementing actions that will transform your life.
